Moll de l’òs – Àfrica Llorens

Àfrica Llorens fell deeply in love with the circus at the age of 24, with which she would make her artistic journey to this day. On her way she meets Amer, with whom she will learn the technique of hand to hand and create several short pieces.

It will be ENVÀ, a show where they mix 250 kg of straw and 125 kg of human mass, that will make them known. With Amer and thanks to ENVÀ, she creates her first long piece with which they travel Catalonia, the peninsula and Europe for 5 years, play in festivals, theaters, cities, meetings, artists, spaces, cultural initiatives… which will enrich his artistic, professional and personal vision. Before ENVÀ, she participated as a performer in the 19th winter circus of Ateneu 9 Barris and the show BLOCK of NofitState Circus and Motionhouse, among others.

She also participates in the French circus scene as a performer. She was part of the Mobius team of the XY company, and is currently part of the show Levitation Reélle of the company L’Immediat.
